With a discipline grounded in secular mindfulness and Buddhist meditation, as well as over 500hrs of yoga training, Manoj’s expertise spans breathwork, trauma informed mindfulness, and somatic psychology. With a practice drawing from both western science and eastern philosophies, over the course of a decade he has studied with globally renowned teachers including Sharon Salzberg, Dr Miles Neale, Tsoknyi Rinpoche and Maty Ezraty.
