Alexandra is a multi-disciplinary rock climber with over 8
years of experience both indoors and outdoors. As a former setter and coach of many
years for an advanced youth team; she has developed a mindful and unique approach to
the craft of climbing. Integrating her background as a yoga instructor, Alexandra
emphasizes breathing techniques and a variety of mental exercises to help people
connect with their mind and body while climbing. Cultivating a playful and empowering
environment, she aims to help people feel as confident and in tune with climbing as
they can be.
