Guided Meditation + Intro to Yoga Inversions Workshop
This workshop is designed to help participants deepen their yoga practice by integrating breath, mind, and body. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and a structured vinyasa flow, attendees will prepare their bodies for inversions in a safe and supportive environment. With expert guidance, participants will learn how to properly enter and hold inversions, building confidence and strength in their practice.
Workshop Breakdown
- Experience Level: Beginner to intermediate
- Duration: 2 hours
- Structure:
- Class will be held outdoors on a beautiful grass hilltop overlooking the city, please bring sun protection.
- 15-minute guided meditation
- 5-minute breathwork session
- 60-minute vinyasa flow
- 30-minute inversion training with one-on-one guidance

Alexandra is a certified 500-hour YTT yoga instructor with nearly eight years of dedicated private yoga practice and four years of twice-daily meditation experience. She brings a unique approach to yoga, breaking away from traditional Western yoga dogma to create an inclusive and welcoming space for all bodies. With a focus on breathwork and movement, Alexandra helps students develop confidence in their practice while demystifying inversions in a safe and accessible way.
