Los Angeles
Tide Pool Research Camp Trip
Immerse yourself in one of the most unique camping trips around. This is a carefully timed adventure designed to coincide with afternoon/evening tides. This timing offers an ideal opportunity to explore the intertidal zone during daylight and gain familiarity with its unique ecosystem before transitioning to night discoveries. Capture the golden hour while identifying fascinating marine creatures, and conclude the experience with a memorable dinner prepared by Parker on the final night of the trip.
REI will be providing all the gear for the weekend, so you will just need to bring yourself and food! We will have a full basecamp set up for all campers. This includes tents, sleeping bags, cots, and chairs.
