No Chill Breathwork & Sound Healing

This aligning group experience invites you to explore intentional breath and sound practices to release tension, cultivate clarity, and restore balance. The session begins with a guided body scan to ground you in the present moment, followed by a short period of dynamic holotropic breath work to encourage emotional release and energetic alignment. The journey concludes with an extended sound healing experience, where the resonant tones of crystal bowls provide a space for integration, reflection, and deep nervous system restoration. This workshop is designed to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and connected to yourself and others.

About
Lauren is a Global Nike Trainer, breath work + ice bath coach based in Brooklyn. Through her work with clients as a personal trainer, Lauren discovered the importance of the connection between the mind, body and nervous system. She uses the modalities of breath work and cold exposure to purposefully stress those systems, creating an opportunity ofr others to practice how they handle stress within a controlled environment. With consistency, these practices have the ability to build an inner resilience to stress, improving one's capacity to ground, regulate and show up authentically in all environments.
