Experiences
I need to cancel my event booking. Does Usal offer refunds?
Given our limited spots for reservations, we offer free cancellation for up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to each event, and 5 days prior to the start of each camp trip. There is a no-refund and no-transfer policy for changes that fall within the cancellation period. To inquire about canceling a reservation, please email us at: bookings@usalproject.com.
The event I want to book is sold out. Do you have a waitlist?
Currently we do not offer an official waitlist, but shoot us an email and we are happy to organize if spots become available: bookings@usalproject.com
I can’t locate the details for my event. What do I do?
The event details are sent out via immediately after a booking is completed within the order confirmation email. If you can’t find this email, and have checked spam, please contact us at bookings@usalproject.com
Goods
Do you exchange products or offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds for goods. We do, however, accept exchanges, issued only in-store within 14 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once you receive a notification that your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
When will I receive my shipping tracking number?
Once we close the pre-order window for an item, please allow up to 3 weeks for production and 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.
Usal ORC
What is the Outdoor Research Center?
The Usal ORC is our shop, community hub, and headquarters. We sell Usal merchandise as well as homemade goods from various local artists within our community.
Where is your store located?
We are located conveniently in the heart of Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Just on the corner of Rowena and Hyperion! 3021 Rowena Avenue Los Angeles CA 90039
What are the open hours?
We are open from 12-5PM Thursday-Sunday and closed Monday-Wednesday. If you’d like to make an appointment to visit us Monday-Wednesday, please contact goods@usalproject.com
