About Nour

Annie Balto is the founder of Nour (short for Nourishment), a vegan salad dressing brand. She is a home chef who started making salad dressing because she couldn't find healthy and exciting flavors on the shelves. She believes the kitchen is the creative portal to the soul and when community and food come together, something powerful happens.

Objective

A hands-on workshop exploring the artful process of creating a nourishing salad from seasonal produce. Meant to inspire and enlighten you to be able to go home and create a nourishing, crunchy, refreshing, and absolutely delicious salad of your own. Guests are empowered to experiment with different seasonal offerings, exploring what pairs well together, and what Annie thinks are the key components to a great salad (ie: herbs, nuts, pickled veg, different protein pairings, etc)
