About Ryan Willms

Ryan Willms is the founder of MEP, or Mindful Endurance Program. Ryan works as a creative director and holistic life coach, experimenting at the intersection of spiritual development and endurance sport. Mindful Endurance Program is a brand, a platform and a medium for exploring Self through movement. Learning about who we are, how to live more embodied and with a fearless heart, we dive into sport and moving the body to deepen our connection to live in the present moment.

Objective

This is a 3-part running series, that isn’t really about running. We will run, but we will also breath, meditate and connect as a group, exploring our experience as runners through a variety of exercises of the mind, body and heart. In the first session, we’ll focus on embodiment. The second, will be about listening and connection to our body and heart. The last will be about expression from a place of non-action.

This event is across three days, taking place each Sunday from the 17th of February through the 2nd of March. Ticket is for all three dates.
