This introductory fly fishing class offers a comprehensive foundation for fishing in both streams and lakes, equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge to apply during future fishing adventures. The class covers the fundamentals of fly rods, knot tying, flies and tackle selection, trout identification, reading water for optimal fishing spots, and mastering casting techniques.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to experiment with both traditional fly rods and tenkara setups, providing a well-rounded introduction to this timeless and rewarding sport.
