On average, we take 20,000-25,000 breaths per day, and unfortunately, 80% of us are doing it wrong. Discover the essentials of breathing to optimize your health, both mentally and physically.

We will begin by exploring the science behind three fundamental aspects of functional breathing, giving you practical insights to integrate into your daily routine—whether relaxing at home or staying active outdoors. You will gain valuable insights into how your breathing patterns influence key aspects of your well-being, including stress levels, immune response, and sleep quality.

We'll end with 20-30 minutes of breathing, where you will learn a few techniques tailored to enhance stress management, promote restful sleep, and optimize athletic performance.
