After a multi-year health struggle & a belief that food is our best medicine led her to start experimenting with culturing different foods and beverages, Caroline began her love story with the slow art of fermentation. Now enthusiastic not only about the holistic health benefits but how creating & waiting for the funky, fantastic flavors of fermentation pulls us out of our fast-paced, instant-gratification culture, Caroline is passionate about empowering others to regain this (almost) lost art.
