Zoe has been seeking a deeper truth since she can remember. Yoga and meditation have served as a refuge for her since a very young age, helping navigate the changing nature of life.
Zoe sees yoga as a tool to connect deeply with our inner selves so we can be more present and live more fully out in the world. Her classes are a balance of meditation, breathwork and somatic movement to help process emotions, release blocked states of mind and allow for a deeper opening— all anchored in connecting with the present moment.
