Objective

Join Usal and our friends LSD Running for an inner city trail "dancing" series throughout East LA. Guided by Rio Lakeshore & Michael Washington of Team Rhythm Section, this trail series will focus on building comfort while increasing mileage.

Sunday June 16th we will meet at LSD Running in Echo Park for a guided run through Elysian Park. The following weekend, we will meet at Usal ORC in Silverlake and take to the beautiful trails of Griffith Park. Our goal is to showcase all that East LA trail running has to offer.

Each run will be intermediate to advanced (expect elevation), and have the option of a 4ish mile loop or and 8ish mile loop. This series is open to participants who have already established confidence clocking runs but want to experience new heights on trail.

Trail Information

At 4 or 8 miles, the route will lead us on a challenging but fun run through the various landscapes of Elysian Park and Griffith Park.

There will be pace leaders as well as route leaders who will accommodate various speeds and the two loop options.

Requirements
