About SuperLA®

At SuperLA® (@bysuperla) we believe you shouldn’t have to settle when it comes to settling down. We are designing + building spaces that make you feel good with a super focus on human-centric design + planet-friendly materials, finishes, and features.

Objective

Participants will explore the SuperBungalows™ on Marathon St. as we dissect the project piece by piece, sharing what human centric design + planet-friendly building means to us. Come experience a new era of housing as we give an in depth tour of the first ever mass-timber multi-family housing in Southern California, a truly unique space, in a city plagued with new white box homes.

At SuperLA®, we are designing + building homes that prioritize the occupant and their wellbeing; with filtered air + water, large private + communal garden spaces, a ridiculous amount of light + air, open-air walkways, and finishes that promote a clean indoor air environment. Our homes are also produced with a small carbon footprint in collaboration with nature; operating 100% electric, powered largely by solar, with rainwater harvesting, native + drought tolerant landscaping, recycled + recyclable materials, and thoughtful construction methods that result in far less waste.
