GorpGirls is a collective specializing in showcasing women championing the outdoors. Together with LA GG representatives Rikki Ponce and Sydney Martinez, we look to bridge female led community through outdoor exploration, by organizing hikes and other exciting activities within California.

Mad Rock HQ, founded in 2002 in Los Angeles, is the city's only specialty climbing gear shop. Committed to quality and value, they offer gear for every climber's needs. Beyond gear, Mad Rock HQ uplifts the Southern California climbing community through community, passion, and culture.

Objective

Join Gorp Girls for an exciting outdoor bouldering meet-up with Mad Rock HQ Ambassadors! We'll be exploring the iconic Stoney Point, a beloved local area for climbers in Los Angeles. Demo climbing shoes and crash pads for our trip will be provided, so if you need gear, we've got you sorted. This is a great opportunity to try out some high-quality climbing gear and enhance your outdoor climbing experience. Along with this, our knowledgeable Mad Rock ambassadors will be on hand to share tips and insights. Whether you're a seasoned climber or new to outdoor bouldering, our ambassadors will be there to enhance the experience and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time. We can't wait to see you there for a day of adventure and fun on the rocks!
