Organic Olivia hosted an intimate dinner experience in partnership with Usal Project. Food was prepared by Andrea Jimenez, founder of Herb Club LA, and Jaskrit Bhalla, founder of Inner Garden Wellness.
The intention behind this dinner was for Olivia to connect with her LA-based community.
Guests enjoyed an array of dishes from a fresh citrus salad to a violet and rose meringue, containing locally sourced herbs and flowers. Smallhold supplied lion's mane mushrooms which were garnished with spiced tahini and crispy burdock.
